Our classic oat bread enriched with roasted onion, giving it a unique and intense flavor. Every bite is filled with aroma and flavors, making this bread stand out from the rest. It is easy to digest and 100% gluten-free. The onion we use is certified. The bread has a crispy crust and a soft, elastic interior, and a delightful aroma. It doesn't crumble when sliced. It does not contain colorants, flavorings, or bread improvers. The addition of seeds gives it nutritional value and a wonderful taste.

Organic certified gluten-free whole grain oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, psyllium husk, sunflower oil, roasted onion (gluten-free: onion (75%), RSPO-certified vegetable palm oil, buckwheat flour, salt), fresh yeast, salt, water. The flours and starches we use for baking bread are gluten-free certified according to the European License System (ELS) and have an organic, non-GMO certification.
