Oat and Carob Bread
Our oat bread with carob is easy to digest and 100% gluten-free. It has a crispy crust and a soft, elastic interior. It doesn't crumble when sliced. The addition of carob gives the oat bread a subtle chocolate flavor with a light sweetness, making the bread unique and aromatic. Oat bread with carob retains all the advantages of oat bread, including its richness in fiber that supports digestive health and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Carob is a source of valuable nutrients such as fiber, vitamins (including vitamin B6), minerals (such as magnesium, manganese, zinc), and antioxidants. It does not contain colorants, flavorings, or bread improvers.

Organic certified gluten-free whole grain oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, carob, organic date syrup, psyllium husk, sunflower oil, fresh yeast, salt, water. The flours and starches we use for baking bread are gluten-free certified according to the European License System (ELS) and have an organic, non-GMO certification.
