Teff Bread
Teff flour is rich in nutrients such as protein, fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins, making teff flour bread a valuable source of nutrition. Our oat bread is easy to digest and 100% gluten-free. It has a crispy crust and a soft, elastic interior. It doesn't crumble when sliced. Teff flour has a delicate, nutty flavor that gives the bread exceptional character. It does not contain colorants, flavorings, or bread improvers.

Organic teff flour, certified gluten-free whole grain oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, whole grain rice flour, psyllium husk, sunflower oil, fresh yeast, salt, water. The flours and starches we use for baking bread are gluten-free certified according to the European License System (ELS) and have an organic, non-GMO certification.
